Refund Eligibility

Refunds for training programs may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is submitted within 3 days of purchase.
  • The user has not completed more than 20% of the training content.
  • No downloadable resources, templates, or premium materials have been extensively used or accessed.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Failure to attend live sessions.
  • Lack of business results or sales performance.
  • Delay caused by the user in completing assignments or implementation.

Tumyara also provides professional services for managing seller/admin panels on platforms such as:

Service Refund Policy

Since these are professional digital services, refunds are generally not applicable once the work has started.

However, partial refunds may be considered if:

  • Tumyara is unable to start the service within the committed timeline.
  • The service cannot be delivered due to internal operational limitations.

No refund will be issued for:

  • Marketplace policy changes.
  • Account suspension caused by policy violations from the client side.
  • Sales performance expectations.
  • Delays due to missing information or approvals from the client.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of ongoing services by providing written notice via email.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days in advance.
  • Any completed work or active billing period will remain chargeable.

4. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

Tumyara reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests after reviewing the case.
